Google Business Profile and Trustpilot, in one queue.

$39/mo

Up to three locations. No per-seat pricing, no annual contract.

20 a day

The ceiling on unattended replies, per location. Past it, everything waits for you.

1 reply

Per review — the rails store one, and a second overwrites it.

> Core Features

One queue for

every location you own

Connect Google Business Profile once and every site on the account is watched. Trustpilot joins the same list.

Each review gets a classification and a confidence, so a cold-food two-star and a double-charge two-star get different replies.

A tone baseline, three dials and your own sign-off. Two to four sentences, and never the reviewer's full name.

Google Business Profile and Trustpilot, in one morning queue.

Keep the listings

StarReply reads and replies through Google Business Profile and Trustpilot directly. The reply appears under your business name on your own listing — there is no third party in it.

  • Google Business ProfileEvery location on the account, watched and replied to.
  • TrustpilotThe second review stream, in the same morning queue.
  • Approval gateNothing publishes without your tap, and never on 1 and 2 star reviews.
  • Receipts and undoEvery action is logged, and staged behind a kill window.

Nothing posts without your tap

Copilot holds every reply for you, and a 2-star or lower review is held in every mode.

Approval-only, in code

2-star and below is never automatic

It is the first branch in the routing code, and the database refuses to clear the flag on the row.

// 01

The agent polls every location you own on Google Business Profile and Trustpilot for anything posted since that location's own watermark. No export, no second inbox, no new place for a customer to find you.

Overnight, on your own listings

Each location keeps its own watermark and it advances per review, after that review is committed — so a pass that dies halfway re-reads rather than skips, and a reply is never drafted twice.

// 02

What lands is one list across every location and both rails: the review, its rating, what the agent read it to be about, the reply it drafted, and the reason it is waiting. Approve it, rewrite it, or kill it.

A morning queue, not five dashboards

Copilot is the default mode and posts nothing: every drafted reply waits in Needs you until a human taps it. Below 70% classifier confidence a reply is held whatever the rating — the agent does not answer a review it is unsure it understood.

// 03

Every poll, read, draft, hold, approval, undo and post is written to the ledger with the evidence it acted on. An approved reply is staged before it goes, so you get a beat to change your mind.

A receipt on every action, and a window to take it back

30-second kill window on an approved reply — the publisher only claims a reply once that instant has passed, and undo inside it flips the row to cancelled atomically. A killed reply was never public, rather than public and then deleted.

// 04

When a check does not pass, the agent stops and hands the review to you. It never proceeds on a maybe, and there is no flag anywhere that makes it proceed anyway.

Gates fail closed

A 2-star or lower review is NEVER auto-posted, in any autonomy mode — that branch runs before the mode is read, and the database refuses to clear the flag. A draft that promises a refund or an apology your voice profile does not allow is held with the words quoted. 1 reply per review. Past 20 unattended replies a day per location, and past 200 model calls a day, everything queues for you.

Billing dispute91% confident
The review
Waited fifty minutes past my appointment time and nobody said a word. Then they tried to bill me for a cleaning I did not have. Absolute shambles.
Drafted reply

Marcus, thank you for telling us this — a fifty-minute wait with no explanation is not how we want the practice to run, and the billing question needs answering properly rather than in a review reply. The Fishtown manager has the details and will reach out today. — Dana, Bright Lane Dental

you actually get.

Not a dashboard tour — one card out of the morning queue, exactly as the agent writes it. The review it read, what it took the review to be about, how sure it was, the reply it drafted, and why that reply is or is not on its way.

> FAQ

The things multi-location owners ask first.

How StarReply works, what it connects to, what it will and will not publish, and what happens on a bad review.

//

001

StarReply watches the public reviews on every location you own, reads each new one overnight, and drafts a reply in your voice. In the morning you get one queue instead of five review dashboards — approve, edit, or kill each one.

//

002

Only if you switch it on, and never on a bad review. Copilot is the default and holds every reply for your tap. Autopilot lets the agent post 3 to 5 star replies on its own, up to 20 a day per location — and a 2-star or lower review still waits for you, in every mode, because that branch runs before the mode is read.

//

003

You get 30 seconds. An approved reply is staged, not sent: the publisher will not pick it up before the window has elapsed, and undo inside it flips the row to cancelled. So a killed reply was never published — not published and then deleted.

//

004

It is for any business with more than one address and public reviews on it — dental groups, veterinary practices, gyms, salons, dealerships, self-storage, urgent care. The thing they share is that reviews arrive at several places and one person answers them.

//

005

One OAuth connect. Google Business Profile hands over every location on the account, StarReply pulls their recent reviews, and the first overnight pass runs that night. There is nothing to import and no listing to move.

//

006

$39 a month for up to three locations and $99 a month for up to twenty-five — priced per business, not per location. The free tier watches one location and shows you what the agent would have drafted.

//

007

A voice profile: your business name, your sign-off, a baseline tone and three dials — formality, warmth, directness. Two switches are off by default and are the ones that matter on a public reply: whether the agent may apologise on the record, and whether it may offer a refund, discount or replacement.

//

008

A check that runs after the draft is written, not a line in the prompt. If the reply names a remedy or an apology your voice profile does not license, it is held with the offending words quoted back at you. It is never quietly rewritten — a model deciding on its own to drop the sentence it thought was right is a worse outcome than you reading it.

//

009

It still drafts the reply — so the hard one is already written when you open the queue — and then it holds it. A 2-star or lower review is approval-only in every autonomy mode. That is the first branch in the routing code, it runs before the mode is read, and the database rejects any update that clears the flag on the row.

//

010

Then it does not answer it. Every review gets a classification and a confidence, and below 70% the reply is held whatever the rating. The classification is on the card, so you can see what it thought before you approve anything.

//

011

A bare rating with no words is common and it is still a review. The agent drafts something short and specific to the rating rather than pretending to answer content that is not there — and on a one- or two-star bare rating, it holds it for you like any other.

//

012

Two per review — one to read it, one to draft the reply — under a ceiling of 200 a day. Past the ceiling reviews are still pulled in and still land in your queue; they arrive undrafted, which cannot post.

//

013

Google Business Profile first, because that is where a local business's reviews already are, and Trustpilot as the second source. Both ride the same interface, so both land in one queue rather than two consoles.

//

014

Your business's. On Google the reply is posted publicly under the customer's review and appears as your business, with no personal name shown. On Trustpilot it is published as a named business user, which is Trustpilot's own requirement.

//

015

Yes — both rails let a published reply be deleted, and StarReply keeps the handle it needs to do it. But the kill window exists so you rarely have to: inside it, nothing was ever published.

//

016

The scope needed to read reviews and post a reply, and nothing else. Tokens are stored server-side and are never readable from the browser — the table they live in has no read policy at all. Disconnecting revokes the grant provider-side before dropping the token.

//

017

It cannot. One reply per review, enforced as a unique constraint — which is also the rails' own rule: Google stores a single reply per review and a second post overwrites what the public already read.

//

018

That location's watermark does not move, the failure is written to the ledger, and the pass carries on to the next location. Nothing is skipped — the next night re-reads from where it got to.
