Privacy Policy
Last updated July 16, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how StarReply (“StarReply,” “we,” or “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use StarReply (the “Service”). We built StarReply to work from your own accounts on your behalf, so we access only what we need to do that job.
// 001
What we collect
- Account information — your name, business name, email, and sign-in details.
- Invoice and client data — from the review platforms you connect (such as Google Business Profile and Trustpilot): your locations, the reviews posted to them, their ratings, and the reply on each.
- Mailbox data — when you connect a review platform (such as Google Business Profile or Trustpilot), the reviews and replies StarReply is following up on, so it can read replies and continue the thread.
- Usage data — basic information about how you use the Service, used to keep it running and improve it.
// 002
How we use it
- To read each new review, draft its reply, and publish the ones you approve.
- To read replies, classify them, and propose next steps such as payment plans.
- To provide, secure, and improve the Service.
- To communicate with you about your account.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use the contents of your reviews or reply data to train models for anyone else.
// 003
Connected accounts
When you connect a third-party account, you authorize StarReply to access it through that provider’s official interface, using the narrowest permissions the feature needs. You can disconnect an integration at any time from your settings, which stops future access.
// 004
Sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us operate StarReply (such as hosting and payment processing) under agreements that protect it, or when required by law. Your review reminders are sent to the recipients you and the Service select for follow-up.
// 005
Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. When you close your account, we delete or de-identify your data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to meet legal obligations.
// 006
Security
We use technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe and to limit access to what each feature requires.
// 007
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To make a request, email us at hello@kynth.studio.
// 008
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies to run the site and understand usage. See our Cookie Policy for details.
// 009
Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
